OP didn't specify link when citing freedb but it appears to be this one. What's weird is that there is a discogs entry, same barcode/cat#/label provenance, showing in its cover art an unusual handmade "corrected" back panel showing a *different* track order and implying that the one on the CD (this one?) is thus incorrect. Needs research, but I wouldn't go merging these tracks until that's done...
