Annotation

Columbia Carrollton variant (isolated G followed by digit) on all sides, although one or more sides may be have another Columbia marking representing metal work used from that factory.

The odd‐numbered labels have the ‘fall‐out shelter’ triangles.

There are no DMM markings in the runouts (except on metalwork etchings from a factory other than Carrollton)

The “Mastered By” credits with lathe work done at Masterdisk but the processing/plating/metalwork was done at Europadisk.

Issued in a 12″ x 12″ x 1″ box with 34‐page booklet. Each disc has a custom inner sleeve.
