This Double CD has been released before as 2 different lonely CD Releases. The Catalogue Numbers on the Media were from the first separate CD Releases.

"Recorded Live in USA" is indicated for both CDs.
In the Song "Kayleigh" Fish try to get the audience singing or clapping by saying "Come On, Milwaukee!". In "Heart of Lothian" he says "Goodbye, Milwaukee!" at the end. So, this section in between is from a live Performance in Milwaukee, USA. "Garden Party" has also "Hello, Milwaukee!". The "Market Square Heroes" - Medley has also "Milwaukee" all the time. .
